The Art of Blogging
When i started this class i realized that i would not like the idea of blogging at all, i still dont. It seems like a huge waste of technology and time if people write aimlessly about the things that have happened in their life, hoping some other weirdo will read it. I think the idea of blogging for College Lit is a good idea however because it allows the students to interact with oneanother with the computer medium and it s just another way of learning. Once I have finished my time with College Lit, I will be happy for the day that I wont have to blog anymore

Blogging was definitely my least favorite part about this class. I guess I enjoyed reading other peoples' blogs, but I could never think of good ideas for my own. Altough that's probably okay because it made me have to think more in depth about what we were doing in class.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. While blogging is not my favorite part of this class, I think that it plays an important role for the class. It teaches us to think outside the box when coming up about ideas to right about and further our thoughts that we did not have time to express in class. It gave us a new experience that we may have to use in the future and gave us the chance to try it for ouselves.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Blogging seems very useful for school functions, but I think that it would be really dumb if people just ramble about their thoughts randomly all of the time. Its kind of seems like your full of your self. Why do you think that you are so important to what to read you thoughts all the time? It make sense for school, and I am surprised that this is the first time that I have encountered this.
ReplyDeleteI agree with all of the above! I used to be kind of creeped out with bloggers..especially people who blog about their family or marriage like everybody wants to read about it. I didn't like this aspect of the class, but it was something different to try...but please, if I ever start a family blog & you happen to see it, put me out of my misery.
ReplyDeleteHaha I agree as well. It doesnt seem right to blog when we could simply sit in a circle and discuss things in person. That would be the more socialable thing to do. It would also take less work. Which less work is always better.
